Matt Tomaiolo brings over 20 years of experience in speculative building, custom homes and remodeling to the island.

Most importantly, as a builder, Matt is all about collaboration, transparency, and the homeowner’s happiness. His good nature and accessibility separate him from other builders we have worked with. Matt always went the extra distance to make the process virtually stress-free and with no surprises. His post-closing communication and support are equally great.

The house was thoughtfully designed with an emphasis on openness, quality and detail giving light to the beauty of the home. Matt has an attention to detail that is reflective of his craftsmanship.

We purchased our Nantucket home on Pilgrim Road from developer/builder Matt Tomaiolo in August 2019. Love it, love it, love it!!
